Part 2 — Apply for Permanent Driving Licence
- Visit Parivahan Portal Again — After 30 days of getting LL
- Enter Your Learner Licence Number — To verify identity
- Book Driving Test Slot and Pay Fee — Rs 300 to Rs 600
- Appear for the Driving Test — Practical test at RTO
- Receive Your Driving Licence — Delivered within 7 to 30 days
